As part of the campaign, it was important to attract the attention of the new target audience to the project and tell them about the readiness of the quarter to move in as well as to increase the loyalty of existing customers and potential buyers by demonstrating the main preferences of the project: a spacious green yard, a well-kept park under the windows, the architecture and infrastructure of the residential quarter.

To emphasize the benefits of Redside we engaged opinion leaders to create series of photo and video posts with native brand integration. This kind of promotion allowed us to showcase the apartment complex in the form of unique content that matched the theme and style of the opinion leaders' (bloggers') accounts. Each story presented the story from a specific angle such as architecture, design, urbanism, social interaction within residential complexes, ecology.
